Just really good, can’t say much more than that. Perfect for a cold night. I got the beef noodle, which was light and flavorful with a nice sichuan tingle/burn. I will add that if you’re a gringo the “mild” is strong. The other dish is the egg and tomato noodles, which was also very flavorful.

I got the beef tripe rice noodles and everything was great. The noodles were a standout, I usually don’t see much of a difference in quality between noodle stops but these really made an impression. Amazing prices for the quality, I will for sure be back. I got my food to go so didn’t spend too much time inside but there is a good futuristic vibe.

This place does rice noodles perfectly. soup broth is delicious with perfect amount of mala spice (mild). noodles, beef and veg perfectly cooked. a bowl of beef rice noodles with extra beef and extra vegetables still comes out less than $20.
